• An affiliate partner can be a legal entity or a self-employed person, effective once their registration in the SídloFirmyPraha5.cz affiliate program is approved.
• Registering as an affiliate partner is entirely FREE.
• The partnership between the SídloFirmyPraha5.cz brand (sídlomat s.r.o.) and the affiliate partner is entered into for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party at any time without any penalty.

Strictly prohibited

• Distributing links as SPAM.
• Placing links or banners on websites associated with sexual content.
• Placing links or banners on websites with the intent to mislead the customer.

The operator of SídloFirmyPraha5.cz (sídlomat s.r.o.) reserves the right to review the content of websites and the placement of links on affiliate partners' sites. Should a website's content breach the applicable laws of the country in which the website is operated, or the rules set out above, the operator of the SídloFirmyPraha5.cz program (sídlomat s.r.o.) is entitled to withdraw from the agreement, and the affiliate partner thereby forfeits any claim to payment of their commission. The affiliate partner is notified before any withdrawal from the agreement and is given the opportunity to remedy the situation.

Handling of commissions

• Commissions can be paid out no earlier than 7 days after the order has been paid.
• The payout is made within 7 days of the commission being approved at the latest.
• The commission is calculated from the order price excluding VAT.
• From every approved order placed through partner links.

When a partner's commission/discount does not apply

• Until the payment has been made by the customer.
• If the user/customer previously (up to 90 days before the purchase) clicked another partner's (affiliate) link. In that case the commission is credited to the partner whose link was clicked last.
• If the affiliate account is cancelled, the affiliate partner forfeits any claim to commission from orders placed after the account was cancelled.
• If the customer does not have cookies enabled in their browser.
• If the customer is the same as the affiliate partner's account.
• If the services fall outside the main list of commissions set out in the Commission amount section.

Commission overview

The affiliate partner can see the current status of completed sales in their affiliate account. Commission payout: the affiliate partner can request payout of their commissions through their profile in the Affiliate system section, after logging in to the affiliate program administration. The payout is made by transfer to the bank account or PayPal account entered when the affiliate partner registered for the affiliate program. The commission is paid on the basis of an invoice issued by the legal entity or self-employed person, with a 14-day due date.

Commissions are paid out from as little as CZK 1.

Final provisions

In the event of a breach of the affiliate program terms, the Operator reserves the right to cancel the affiliate partner's affiliate account and thereby block the payout of commissions. Any account balance then passes to the affiliate program operator, sídlomat s.r.o. These terms are not limited in time. The affiliate program terms may be updated from time to time. They take effect on the day they are published on the website.
