A little history and our mission
The unreasonable prices charged by our competitors motivated us to start our own company, one that offers comprehensive solutions for companies and entrepreneurs at reasonable prices, without surcharges for unnecessary extras.
We founded sídlomat s.r.o. in 2019 because, in our view, the market lacked a truly reliable partner in the field of affordable virtual offices for start-up entrepreneurs (both companies and the self-employed). In the beginning we provided basic services in Prague 5 on Kurzova street. The SídloFirmyPraha5.cz brand then came about with the purchase of our first property at that very address.
Over the following months our company began to grow with further offices. And today? We already offer 24 registered offices across the Czech Republic and we are constantly looking for new addresses for our customers to choose from. Alongside virtual offices, we gradually began offering s.r.o. formation and other entities, accounting, tax and commercial matters, and administrative support.
Our company's mission is to reduce the cost of doing business for both new and experienced companies and the self-employed. And at the same time to make their lives easier through additional services such as accounting, legal support or a virtual assistant. Thanks to our experience with the authorities, we can save you hours too.
