Our code of ethics, also known as our code of conduct, governs virtually every process in our company. We act in accordance not only with legal regulations, but also with ethical standards and the principles of social responsibility. So what principles underpin our conduct, our dealings and our relationships?
CLIENT-FIRST APPROACH
We always put our customers' interests first. Our company's mission is to reduce the costs of doing business for new and experienced companies and the self-employed alike. And at the same time to make their lives easier through additional services such as accounting, legal support and so on. Thanks to our experience with the authorities, we can save you plenty of hours too.
QUALITY OF SERVICE
The unreasonable prices charged by our competitors motivated us to start our own company, offering comprehensive solutions for companies and entrepreneurs at reasonable prices, and without surcharges for unnecessary extras. All while maintaining a comparable or higher level of service than the rest. Our clients prove to us day after day that this approach works.
RESPONSIBILITY
We strive to contribute to the economic and environmental development of our country and its businesses in the areas in which we operate. Virtual offices, for example, help reduce the carbon footprint (customers can work from anywhere and do not have to commute or rent offices they do not even need). We also offer, free of charge, help for selected charitable associations.

We always tell you in advance about all the fees for our services and are happy to explain them on request. Should anything go wrong, we will deal with you straight and do our best to put things right to your satisfaction.
