In practice, this works by the virtual office provider leasing the customer an address, which can then be entered in the Commercial Register as the company's registered office, or, in the case of the self-employed, in the Trade Licensing Register as their place of business.
You may have heard that having a virtual registered office for your business means more frequent, or conversely rarer, inspections by the authorities. But the statistics actually show that the most common reason for increased inspections is a lack of communication from companies, or a company with no history or income that registers for VAT.
Paying for the registered office works simply. Once it's set up, we'll let you know before the end of the paid period, along with an invoice for the next year, so that nothing slips through the cracks. In the STANDARD and PREMIUM packages, once you've paid we'll issue a new consent to the registered office location free of charge. In the START package, issuing a new consent to the location costs 150 CZK.
