What is a ready-made European Company?
A ready-made European Company is a “finished” company ready to be signed over and transferred into the name of a new owner. It meets the following basic characteristics:
- It has never carried on active business activity and has no debts or liabilities
- The SE company is entered in the Commercial Register under its own Company ID (IČO).
- It has paid-up share capital of at least EUR 120,000.
- It has 12 share certificates in paper form.
- It is registered for the mandatory corporate income tax.
