In practice, the virtual office provider leases an address to its customer, who can then have it entered in the Commercial Register as their company's registered office, or, in the case of trade licence holders, in the Trade Licensing Register as their place of business.

Paying for the registered office is simple. Once it's set up, before the end of the paid period we'll let you know and send an invoice for the next year, so nothing slips through the cracks. With the STANDARD and PREMIUM packages, once you've paid we'll reissue a new consent to the registered office location with us free of charge. With the START package, issuing a new consent to the location costs 150 CZK.
