Prices with a notarial deed include the entry of the changes in the Commercial Register. For changes without a notarial deed, the court fee is paid separately and is shown next to the price. The prices in the middle column represent acts that do not necessarily require a notarial deed; on the right are those that cannot be carried out without one.
