Company liquidation of s.r.o. / a.s.
Competition in the business world is genuinely fierce and a company does not always become profitable. What is more, if you look at the statistics, you will realise that only a minimal percentage of companies survive more than five years.
Many companies therefore have no choice but to go through the process of company liquidation (voluntary winding-up). It is admittedly quite time-consuming, but once the company has been removed from the Commercial Register (obchodní rejstřík) and its debts settled, you can devote yourself fully to a new chapter in life.
Our firm is here to make sure the whole liquidation process is trouble-free and as painless as possible for you. In our team we have professionals who understand the matter and will be fully at your disposal.
If you don't want to be part of your company's liquidation, you can transfer it to us and we'll take care of all the formalities for you.
So don't hesitate and get in touch with us today. Whether by phone (+420) 602 654 355 or by email: [email protected]

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DOES COMPANY LIQUIDATION WORK?
Liquidating a company is a fairly demanding process that entails a great deal of paperwork, communication with other parties and the drawing up of a wide range of documents. As a rule, the whole process takes six months or more.
THE COURSE OF LIQUIDATION
1) Familiarisation with the current state of the company,
2) Proposal of the liquidation procedure,
3) Signing of the documentation,
4) Payment of the statutory fee for the company liquidation,
5) Start of the liquidation (can begin within 24 hours of convening the general meeting),
6) Settlement of receivables,
7) Realisation of any remaining assets,
8) Final report on the course of the liquidation,
9) Year-end closing of the accounts,
10) Removal of the company from the Commercial Register.
In addition to its removal from the Commercial Register, the goal of company liquidation is also to settle debts owed to creditors.
HOW MUCH DOES COMPANY LIQUIDATION COST?
Every company liquidation is highly individual and depends on many parameters. First of all, it is therefore necessary to become familiar with the state of the firm/company earmarked for liquidation and, on that basis, to determine the price.
The price is also determined by the services the client pays for alongside the process as part of the liquidation. Our firm offers a comprehensive solution, which starts with legal services and ends with setting up a new company or arranging a registered office in Prague.
In general terms, however, we can say that the base price starts at CZK 15,000.
IS THIS A SAFE SERVICE?
Our firm has been dealing with liquidations for quite a long time, which makes us flexible and able to adapt effectively to every situation.
What's more, our team includes lawyers who are among the best in their fields — so all the documents comply with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic and contain all the legal requirements for a trouble-free company liquidation.
