AFFILIATE PROGRAM FOR AGENCIES

Do you have employees working under an agreement to perform work (DPP, or DPČ) at your company, and will you be changing their contracts due to the new legislation? If you continue to work with them as entrepreneurs, they will newly have to set up a trade licence (become self-employed and invoice you for the work they do). You can refer them to us for obtaining a trade licence, and we'll gladly provide one even to those who cannot or don't want to state the address of their permanent residence as their place of business (registered office). If you refer us, under our affiliate program you can earn 5–10% of every registered office order they arrange with us. The price for arranging an office ranges between 89 CZK and 700 CZK per month (i.e. between 1,068 CZK and 8,400 CZK per year) excl. VAT.

• Commission of 5–10% of a registered office order (details on this page)
• Commission of 5% of an s.r.o. formation order and 5–10% of a permanent residence order
• Payout from as little as 1 CZK excl. VAT
• A simple commission overview
• The system supports promo codes and cookies
• Cookie validity of 90 days (if a customer visits the site and doesn't order right away but comes back, say, a week later, your commission is still credited to you)

Let's say you're a staffing agency and since 1 January 2024 you have moved your DPP workers to an arrangement where they invoice you for their work as self-employed persons. If you register in our program and send them a special code, you'll earn 5–10% of every order for an office. For example, if 20 new self-employed clients arrange our cheapest office at Kurzova 2222/16, Prague 5 in the START package for 1,068 CZK per year and 30 of them arrange, say, an office at Školská 689/20, Prague 1 in the STANDARD package for 4,788 CZK, you'll earn 10% of every order. That is, 2,136 CZK excl. VAT in the first case and 14,364 CZK excl. VAT in the second, 16,500 CZK in total excl. VAT. If they renew their office, you'll continue to collect commission going forward.
