Virtual office Brno

A virtual office in Brno is a great fit for both companies and entrepreneurs. Companies can register it as their registered office (a legal obligation), while the self-employed (OSVČ) state it to the authorities as their place of business if for any reason they cannot or do not wish to state their home address. And with us you can have it arranged in no time within 24 hours, entirely online.

A virtual office helps you save both money (you don't pay for an office you don't need) and time (you can work from anywhere). And if you choose a good address, such as one of ours, it can help you make a better impression on your customers and inspire greater trust in them.

Once entered in the register, the virtual office address serves as both a billing and correspondence address. If you wish, you can also rely on us to handle your post at selected addresses (receiving it and scanning it into an online interface where you can read it).

Already in business and need a new registered office? No problem, we'll help you with the change too.

Our clients' frequently asked questions

A virtual office is an address you can state as your official place of business entered in the Commercial or Trade Licensing Register. Every company must have its registered office at some physical address, which requires the written consent of the property owner. If you don't own or rent a property, or if for various reasons you don't want to state such a property, you can use our virtual office.

Our offer features exclusively prestigious addresses, you can rely on the anonymity, stability and reliability of the office, and on professional additional services such as post handling.

Yes, virtual offices are entirely legal. They are typically the domain of small entrepreneurs and smaller companies looking to save on the costs of running their business.

A virtual office is intended solely for entrepreneurs and companies. In practice, the virtual office provider leases an address to their customer, who can then have it entered in the Commercial Register as their company's registered office, or – in the case of the self-employed – in the Trade Licensing Register as their place of business.

You may have heard that a virtual office for business means more frequent or, conversely, rarer inspections by the authorities. But statistics actually show that the most common reason for increased inspections is non-communication on the company's part, or a company with no history and no income registering for VAT.

Paying for the office is simple. After it's arranged, before the end of the paid period we'll let you know, along with an invoice for the next year, so nothing slips through the cracks. With the STANDARD and PREMIUM packages we'll issue a new consent to place your registered office with us free of charge after payment. With the START package, issuing a new consent to place the office costs 150 CZK.

The minimum order for all virtual offices in our offer is 12 months.

Brno and its highlights

Brno is the second largest city in the Czech Republic. It has also long been a crossroads of various trade routes – for centuries, to this day, it has connected the northern and southern countries. And it's really only a short hop to Vienna (about 110 km) and Bratislava (about 130 km).

This city is the centre of the judiciary of the Czech Republic, as it is the seat of the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court and others. It is also an important administrative hub, as it is home to various state authorities with nationwide supervisory powers and other important institutions.

Brno covers an area of 230 km² (just under half of Prague) and is home to around 400,000 inhabitants. In the Brno metropolitan area, however, there are around 700,000, making it the 3rd largest in the Czech Republic. The whole South Moravian Region then has around 1.2 million inhabitants

The city is an important centre of higher education, with 29 faculties across ten universities and other higher education institutions and nearly 65,000 students. At the same time, the city abounds with historical monuments and culture. And it offers rich gastronomy and nightlife.

After 1990, Brno's economic focus largely reoriented towards light industry, logistics and services, and these sectors are currently booming. Moreover, thanks to the development of information technology, Brno is spoken of as the "Czech Silicon Valley".

According to Brno's own statistics, as of 31 December 2022 the city was home to around 130,000 businesses, of which some 90,000 self-employed persons (natural persons) and 40,000 companies (legal entities)

WHERE TO GO IN BRNO

The city of Brno

Among Brno's most notable landmarks is Špilberk, a castle on the hill of the same name, and the Cathedral of St Peter and Paul on Petrov hill (you know it from the front of the ten-crown coin). A significant architectural monument is the functionalist Villa Tugendhat, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Brno has a total of 7 national cultural monuments. And it's worth coming here for more than just the monuments!

Brno also offers rich cultural, gastronomic and leisure activities. So even if Brno ultimately isn't your dream or ideal place to do business, you may still want to take a trip there at some point. Or perhaps a business trip or team-building event might bring you there. Where to go, what to experience, where to grab a drink and a bite to eat?

Tips on the best trips in Brno can be found, for example, on Slevomat or on Kudyznudy.cz. Still wondering which attraction is for you? This article on the Novinky.cz portal or this handy Slevomat filter might help you decide.

More in the mood for a business coffee? Then take inspiration from this overview of cafés. And for a business lunch or dinner you can choose, for example, from this Gourmet Brno 2023 overview, a selection from Tripadvisor or the well-known Maurer's Selection.

And if you get tired of getting around Brno on foot, the city has very high-quality public transport (trams, buses, trains and so on). Besides taxi services, you can of course also use apps such as Uber, Bolt or Liftago to get wherever you need, whenever you need – even without your own car.

WHERE TO STAY IN BRNO

It depends on whether you want to be in the centre of Brno and pay a bit more, or whether settling in somewhere within walking (or commuting) distance will do. Brno of course has several thousand accommodation options, so even if you don't book in advance, you'll most likely still find somewhere to stay for the night straight away.

Brno offers a truly vast number of hotels, guesthouses and apartments of various categories. Hotels also often offer their own stylish restaurants, pools and wellness areas, bars, cafés, meeting rooms or large rooms for hosting conferences and presentations. You can simply browse the offer using a filter on the Booking portal, for example.

And if you're not looking for a hotel in particular, you can of course also use a handy app such as Airbnb, so you can enjoy your own room or a whole flat in ordinary residential buildings with a more homely atmosphere rather than the classic "hotel" feel.

If you'd prefer something stylish at a better price, you can try taking a look at Slevomat for current stays and accommodation at a slightly better price. Why not make your visit to the city that bit more pleasant? Brno really does offer plenty!

The benefits of our virtual offices

Prestigious address
and anonymity

A great registered office address simply looks more trustworthy (than, say, one at your flat). When customers look you up or communicate with you, you'll make a better impression. What's more, in larger cities thousands of different companies share an address, so inspections are less frequent there.

Office stability
and reliability

We provide offices in our own properties and through partners with many years of experience in the field. That's why we can guarantee stability and reliable service with no risk of termination of the contract (there's no danger you'd have to relocate your office)

Professional
post handling

We'll arrange a label on the letterbox so post can be delivered to it. At most addresses we take delivery of items and automatically notify clients by e-mail when they arrive. We can also scan your post into storage or forward it to you.

Services that pair well with your registered office

Providing a virtual office doesn't have to be where our cooperation ends. On the contrary, it can be the start of a long-term partnership. As you grow, we can handle the necessary changes in your company together. We also specialise in services that companies and the self-employed are better off outsourcing than paying full-time employees for — such as an accountant, a lawyer or an assistant. And that's not all.
