Mandatory identity verification under AML

As a provider of virtual offices and other handy services for entrepreneurs, we are required by law (Act No. 253/2008 Coll., i.e. under the AML — Anti-Money Laundering — requirements) to verify our clients' identity. Everything, of course, takes place simply, quickly and online.

OUR CLIENTS' FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Yes, we use a specialised and automated solution from Legal Systems. All the e-mails requesting identity verification will therefore come to you from them. As will the agreement on the provision of our services, for you to read and then sign electronically.

It is all a matter of a few minutes. In most cases the whole process should take no more than 5 minutes.

As we mention in the introduction, as a provider of virtual offices and other handy services for entrepreneurs under Act No. 253/2008 Coll., i.e. under the so-called AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements, we are required to verify our clients' identity.

The whole process is simple and takes no more than a few minutes. It works as follows:

  1. You receive an e-mail from Legal Systems with a link for identity verification
  2. You click the link in the e-mail and enter a secure system
  3. In the system you go through 3 short steps, where you fill in the necessary details and a signature
  4. You then simply complete the whole process with electronic identity verification

We must always have up-to-date details in the agreement, so after identity verification we will also ask you to confirm the updated wording of the agreement on the provision of our services.

If you refuse identity verification and signing the agreement, we will unfortunately not be able to continue providing our services to you. Just a small note: this verification follows from the law, so if you move to another company, it will logically be required of you there too.
