Rent out your property

Simply let your space earn for you

We are looking for properties to provide virtual offices and permanent residence addresses. The landlord earns effortlessly; we handle the administration and everything around it.

Our requirements are minimal

Practically
any premises

They can be residential, non-residential or commercial premises. It is enough that they are approved for that purpose. Practically any address works for us.

Access
to the letterbox

All we need is access to the premises where the letterbox is located, on which we place the list of companies. We do not need a reception desk, meeting rooms or anything similar.

A building number
in the land registry

It can be a residential or non-residential unit, a cellar, a storeroom, or an office in a building or office block. It only needs a building number and the unit must be entered in the land registry.

PLEASE NOTE: We prefer larger cities such as Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Plzeň, Frýdek-Místek, Hradec Králové and others. If you would like to let premises in a smaller town, do get in touch anyway!

Letting brings only benefits

A fixed amount per registered office

The payout depends on the length of the lease and the number of registered offices (up to a thousand at a single address).

You don't have to worry about a thing

We take care of all the necessary documentation and administration.

A letterbox on site is all that's needed

On it we list the self-employed people and companies that have their registered office (or permanent residence) at the address.

Our requirements are minimal

In practice, once a property has more than 10 companies or self-employed people registered at it, the authorities and the police treat it as a virtual office. So you certainly need not fear bailiffs, tax inspections or the police.

On top of that, we will together sign a simple contract that sets everything out clearly, including guarantees.

No one (neither companies nor the self-employed) will ever be present on your premises, and no one will be granted access to them. A registered office serves, without exception, only as a record for the authorities and the Commercial Register.

Simply fill in the form

If you have a property to let, just send the form and we'll sort out the details together.
