How much does the permanent residence service cost?
The price for setting up and providing permanent residence usually depends on the location and the agreed term of the service. It is normally paid as an annual fee or for several years, and the longer the term you choose, the more favourable the annual price can be (depending on the specific location/offer).
The cost is significantly lower than renting a flat, so the service is an affordable solution for anyone who needs an official address. With us, prices range from CZK 2,190 excl. VAT per year to CZK 6,290, depending on the chosen location and the length of the service.
The price includes all the essential items — fast obtaining of consent for reporting the change of permanent residence, a stable address from a verified provider, and no one-off or set-up fees for providing the address. The service is therefore transparent and free of hidden costs.
