What can I find on the mojedatovaschranka.cz portal?
The web portal serves not just as a "letterbox", but as a comprehensive tool for managing your digital identity in your role as an entrepreneur or citizen.
USER INTERFACE AND MESSAGE OVERVIEW
Immediately after logging in you see a dashboard with an overview of received and sent messages. The interface is intuitive and resembles an ordinary e-mail.
- The Received folder: This is where all new documents from authorities or partners appear. For each message you see the date of delivery and the moment of delivery.
- The Sent folder: Contains an archive of all your submissions. For each of them you can download a Delivery Receipt here at any time – a key piece of evidence for any disputes.
MANAGING SETTINGS AND SECURITY
Under the cog-wheel icon you will find everything for adapting the box to your needs:
- Notifications: Setting up e-mail and SMS alerts – recommended!
- Users: Here you manage access for accountants or colleagues (delegation).
- Change password: Managing login details and setting their validity.
- Client account: Managing credit for paid messages (PDZ) and the Data Vault.

HISTORY AND ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
The portal keeps a detailed access history. Here you see exactly when and via which identity someone logged in to the box. This is important for checking security, especially if more than one person has access to the box. You will also find here functions for authorised document conversion (converting them from digital to paper form with a stamp) or linking to the Citizen Portal (Portál občana).
